Ingredients
2 cups of millet couscous
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 cup of sour cream
2 cups of vanilla yogurt
crushed pineapple
Boil water and pour over millet couscous and cover bowl with lid.
Leave for a few minutes. The couscous will double in size
When it has cooled (i.e. the steam and heat is gone), add all the other ingredients and you're done!
