Tuesday Tips: Hydrogen peroxide for colds

Everyone freaks out about catching colds through the nose or mouth, but fear not, you catch colds through your ear canal. Once the virus enters your inner ear, it starts its begin process and then you probably will get sick.

I had a minor cold this past week and fought it only using hydrogen peroxide for about 3 days or so. It's important that you start to using hydrogen peroxide immediately you feel the onset of a flu. Putting a few drops in each ear every 2 hours or so will kill the virus. There'll be some bubbling which should subside in 5 to 10 minutes, drain and repeat in the other ear.

This is a really inexpensive way to get rid of the cold. H202 is sold in drug stores for very cheap.
