One of the reasons I loved the food in the Botswana was because I love carbs, and that's a huge component of Botswana food. Rice, pap, samp, fatcakes (pictured below), bogobe, and more!
Seswaa, a salty meat dish was one of my faves. You could eat it with almost anything: from rice to samp, to fat cakes, you name it.
And this is what pap looks like. Pap is to Botswana what garri/fufu is to West Africa. Get my point?
