I've used the Vitamin C Facial Radiance serum (powder) for over the recommended 10 days (I'll share how I pull that off later), and let me tell you: this serum is the business!! It promises to "Improve skin tone and texture for a look of natural radiance", and it does exactly that!! My skin tone is brighter and more even, my makeup goes on so much smoother and dark spots are gradually fading.
I noticed a difference overnight and I don't think it's my mind playing tricks on me. I don't know if this product is responsible but I did not break out during that time of the month, amazing!! Over the past 15 days or so that I've been using it, I've only gotten about 3 zits.
The smell of the serum is filled with citrus goodness, which I surprisingly like although I hate the smell of oranges, lemons, etc. The one thing I don't like about this product is the sticky texture, which leaves my face and fingers feeling a little bit sticky and greasy after applying it.
This serum is only supposed to be used for 10 days because Vitamin C oxidizes. You will know when this happens as the product will become a light yellow color. But there is so much in the 10ml bottle which is more than a 10 day supply, probably 18-20 days. Keeping it in the fridge slows down the oxidation process, and my product still looks really fresh.
The product is quite pricey at around $28, but it is definitely worth it and I will be buying more of it.
