Cleaning the aluminum foil of electric stove tops (burners)

I guess this would count as "Wednesday" tips *side eye*

Anyways, cleaning my stove tops is not something I do often. I've only done it once (about 3 weeks ago) since I moved into my place 6 months ago. First of all, I had no idea how to do it but a friend showed me how and it's really easy to do.

Unlike the video, the metal pans in my stove are wrapped in aluminum foil. I simply soaked it in soapy water for a few hours and scrubbed clean.
