Tuesday Tips: How to freeze salami

This is info I'm glad I stumbled on because I'm absolutely clueless when it comes to freezing salami. I usually just toss it in there.

Apparently, this is what should be done:

Remove the salami from store packaging, wrap it in foil paper and place in a plastic freezer bag, seal shut then freeze. Salami should be frozen within two days of purchase, and don't forget to date the bag! Your salami will be good for the next three to four months!
